Appearance and PersonalityEdit

Hokori hails from Iwagakure.  He is rather tall and muscular, mainly due to his time working in his village's mines.   He has yellow-orange eyes and dark gravel hair.  Hokori also shows a significant level of intelligence.  He normally wears his red shirt, gray pants, black sandals, and his black cape with fire printed on the bottom that was worn by his master.  He also wears a headband and has wraps covering his mouth, hands, and ankles.  He speaks in moderatley deep voice, which is somewhat muffled by his wraps.  Hokori is cool and collected in nature; he is not easily phased.  While Hokori is usually quiet around strangers, he can become loud and roudy very quickly when talking with his friends.  While he will strive to defend what is important to him, he knows his boundaries, and will not go into a fight he cannot win.

Kekkei Genkai: Dust Release (x4)


1. Particle Bomb:

The user fires a concentrated particle sphere.  The attack creates a large explosion around the area it lands.  Particle bombs attack on a molecular level disintegrating anything it hits.  The basic version is a small explosion that can destroy the surface of whatever is hit.  (10 CP, max 35 supercharged)

2. Dust Barrier Technique:

Hokori creates a large wall to protect from oncomming attacks.  The maximum wall size is 25x25 and can be any size/dimension smaller. The barrier must be channeled and requires the user to stay in one place in order to maintain it.  Additional chakra may be added during the sustain cost to add to the durability.  A jutsu of equal strength can break the wall.  (20 CP, max 45 supercharged)

3. Dust Beam Technique:

Hokori creates a beam of particles shaped and held like a greatsword so that it is only a few particles think on the edge.  This allows the beam to be able to cut through any normal (non-jutsu) object with ease, and the blade is also very smooth.  The blade is about a foot wide and can be about to 1 meter long.  It requires a constant flow of chakra to stay up.  (does not explode) (20 CP, 10 CP/turn, max 45 supercharged)

4. Detachment of the Primitive World Technique

By combining Particle Bomb, Dust Barrier Technique, and the sister version Dust Implosion Technique, the user creates a structure and launches it at the target (20+ CP). Once fired, the technique travels quickly to the intended target. The jutsu traps the target inside the structure. The structure can then be activated immediately or after a delay, creating a devastating explosion in the center (40+ CP). The explosion destroys the structure and generally whatever was inside, and creates very little collateral outside the area. The structure can be broken with a jutsu matching the barriers CP. This technique requires enormous amounts of chakra and is classified as an S-Rank technique and is a secret technique. A 20 CP barrier creates a structure large enough to consume a person. Additional chakra can be added to increase the damage and size to consume larger objects. Secret technique! Unless you've seen it or been told about it, you don't know. (60 CP, max 85 supercharged)

Fire Release (x2)


1. Combustion Blast:

Hokori extends one of his arms and launcher a scorching fireball traveling at tremendous speed.  If the fireball hits something flammable, like flesh or wood, the material will burst into flame.  (10 CP, max 35 supercharged)

2. Fire Release: Great Dragon Technique

The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon head-shaped fireball. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes. (20 CP, max 45 supercharged)

Sealing Specialist (x3)


1. Yin Seal:

Chakra is stored into a seal. It forms a diamond shaped tattoo that increases size depending on current chakra being stored. The seal can be actived by the user touching it, at which point all stored chakra is released into the user's body. This boost does not affect the effectiveness of chakra pills and can be used once per mission. (CP Gained: 30 for 1 feat, 65 for 2 feats, 100 for 3 feats)

2-3. Chakra Chains (Level 2):

After activating the jutsu, a seal on the user's chest sends out up to 8 chains to bind a target a short distance away. The longer the chains, the weaker the hold. The shorter the chains, the stronger the hold. Level 2 chains are significantly faster and stronger than the original. Each chain can be 20 feet in length but individual chains can be sacrificed for an additional 10 feet each (1 long chain is 90 feet) as well as strengthening the other chains. (10 CP to create and 5 CP/round active)

History and StoryEdit

Hokori had what you would call a "normal" childhood.  He lived with his parents and younger sister and trained under his master who specialized in Particle Jutsu.  However, an unusually large earthquake sent part of his village down into a nearby ravine, killing his family and his master, along with many other members of his village.  In a fit of rage and dispair, Hokori fled from the village and its memories, only taking some food, a bit of water, and his master's cape.
